Façade Overview
Supplyhaus delivered more than 2,200sqm of custom windows and doors for renowned property developer QM Properties at 160 Macquarie Street.
Designed and installed across 15 storeys, the bespoke glazing maximises sweeping views of the Brisbane River, Mount Coot-tha and the city, while complementing the building’s sleek architectural form.
To bring the design vision to life, our team developed more than 30 new dies for custom aluminium profiles specifically for the project. Every custom element also underwent rigorous pressure chamber testing to ensure performance against water penetration, high winds and air infiltration, as well as optimal operating force.
The result is a highly considered, high-performance façade solution designed specifically for the building and its unique location.
